Drew in his blue sweater
I knit this sweater for Drew when I found out that we were expecting a boy (click HERE to see post). It was the first sweater I ever knit! It is a little short in length, and the sleeves are too wide, but it has a sweet quality to it with the nubby yarn and Peter Rabbit buttons. I try to dress Drew in it every now and then because it reminds me of how hard I worked on it while I was imagining what our little boy would be like.

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet post! I remember you working on that while you were pregnant. I know that you put lots of love into it! It's nice that you have such nice memories of making it, and now you have these great pictures of your handsome little guy modeling your work!
