Quaker Ridge Shawlette Knitalong

Erica and I decided to join Susan B. Anderson's "Quaker Ridge Shawlette" knitalong.  We figured this would be a fun way to knit a project together (even across the miles!).  Hundreds of other knitters are also making this shawl at the same time.  We were supposed to start the shawl today, September 9, and need to finish by October 21st to be entered into a drawing of prizes by Susan.  I always love her patterns and the Itty Bitty Knits community on Ravelry is full of nice people!  It will be fun to see other people's progress on the shawl.  The yarn I'm using is Blue Heron Rayon Metallic that Mom bought me in a yarn shop in Arizona.  There is one other knitter in the knitalong using the same yarn as me.  Wish us luck! :)
