This lamb is another pattern from "Itty Bitty Toys." I bought the yarn back in December I think. I couldn't find the yarn the pattern called for for the body of the lamb, so I just bought a yarn that was similarly fluffy. Well...it turned out to be a big fluffy mess! This yarn was a nightmare to work with. It was hard to see what I was doing because of how fluffy it was, and the body of the lamb turned out HUGE!
I was going to give up on the little lamb, but my sweet husband insisted that it was cute and that I finish it for him. So, here it is! A little comical looking, but done! At least Jim appreciates it--am I lucky or what? :)

I think the lamb is cute too! I wouldn't have guessed that that wasn't the yarn called for, it looks perfect to me!

ReplyDeleteAww, I like him a lot! He looks very cuddly and so does the lamb. Haha...Seriously, though, I think it looks great. It's so nice that Jim encourages you so much with your knitting projects! You guys make a great team! :)
