The thumb looks a little wonky because I haven't sewn in any ends or removed the lifeline. I want to try it on Drew tomorrow and see how it fits before totally finishing it.
Thanks! It knit up pretty quickly but I tried it on Drew and it was hard to get his thumb into the thumb part. I think he may do better with thumbless mittens again this season...
ps I just realized that these are the same two colors as the striped sweater--you should put all of these things on Drew at the same time and take a picture! Does he wear the sweater much?
Thanks, Erica! It's the Classic Mitten pattern on Ravelry--really easy to follow and has adult sizes too! You're right, the green is the same but the blue is different. He doesn't wear the sweater too often. I need to put it on him more.
You're so fast! I can't wait to see the mittens and hat together when you're finished!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! You amaze me!
