This pattern is from my "Baby Beanies" book. It was a quick and easy project, and a great way to use up some leftover novelty yarn that couldn't be used to make an entire hat on its own.
I love it!! Especially the color! hehhehe. And that novelty yarn compliments the purple so well, did you just happen to have that or did you pick it out in the store on purpose?
I love all of your creations from these baby hat books. Does the Itty Bitty book have a hat that looks like an owl? If so, can you please please copy the pattern and send it to me? (or scan and email)?????
No, I just happened to have the yarn! I wanted to make a hat last night, so I was just looking through my stash and thought those 2 yarns would go well together.
None of my books have owl patterns, but you I will send you a link to a basic hat that could work--you'd just have to embroider the owl's face yourself.
